3. Audit Process: The process takes place in two stages:
- Stage 1: Review of documentation and records; confirmation of audit scope; assessment of the enterprise's readiness for Stage 2.
- Stage 2: Evaluation of conformity, effectiveness, and practical application of the system at operational sites. The audit workflow includes:
Opening Meeting → Assessment at Departments/Units → Reporting → Closing Meeting.
