Certification Logo Usage Guide

1- The certification logo is issued with the standard number, certification number (Cert. No.:), and the mark of the accreditation body (if applicable).
 
2- Use of the management system certification logo:
a) The certified logo may be used on materials such as catalogs, quotations, business cards, or other appropriate informational media.
b) The certification logo must be reproduced in its original form. If needed, a monochrome version may be used, but other colors must not be combined with the standard color. The logo can be enlarged or reduced proportionally, retaining its standard appearance and remaining clearly visible.
c) The certification logo must not be used in the following cases: outside the certified scope; in a way that may cause confusion with other certification areas such as product certification; with accreditation logos like UKAS, JAS-ANZ, etc., without the accompanying GIC logo and certification number; or on test reports, calibration certificates, inspection reports, or certificates of assessment.
d) When making statements on product packaging or accompanying information about the certified management system, ensure that the statement does not imply that the product itself is certified. The statement must reference: the name or logo of the organization, the management system and certification standard, and the name of the certification body.  
3. Use of the product and goods certification logo:
a) The organization may use the certified logo on products, product packaging, goods, transactional documents, promotional materials, company introductions, business cards, etc., to show that the organization's products or goods have been evaluated and certified as meeting relevant standards, regulations, or specific requirements.
b) The certification logo must be reproduced in its original form. If necessary, a monochrome version may be used, but other colors must not be combined with the standard color. The logo may be enlarged or reduced proportionally, retaining its standard appearance and remaining clearly visible.
