1. Initial Certification Assessment Fee
a) The initial certification assessment fee for products, goods, and management systems includes:
- Application submission fee;
- Assessment fee (calculated based on expert man-days, including man-days for review and report writing at the office);
- Certification Council review fee;
- Accreditation mark usage fee.
b) The cost of product testing shall be paid directly by the certification applicant to the Testing Laboratory (TL). If the applicant requests a certification contract that includes testing costs, these costs will be charged based on the TL's quotation.
2. Surveillance Assessment Fee for Maintaining Certification Validity
a) The surveillance assessment fee for maintaining the validity of certification for products and management systems includes: Assessment fee (calculated based on expert man-days) and Certification Council review fee.
b) If the surveillance assessment for product certification requires sampling and product testing, the certified entity will bear the testing costs.
3. Recertification Assessment Fee
The recertification assessment fee is calculated similarly to the initial certification assessment fee. However, the number of man-days may be fewer depending on the condition of the management system, products, and any changes (if applicable).
